A247 ("A247") respects your right to control your personal data. This page explains how you can request deletion of your data from our platform.
How to Request Data Deletion
To request deletion of your personal data from A247's systems, please contact our support team:
What to Include in Your Request
To help us process your request efficiently, please include the following information:
- Your full name
- The phone number or email address associated with your interactions
- The name of the business (gym or fitness chain) through which you interacted with our service
- A description of the data you would like deleted (e.g., conversation history, personal profile, all data)
What Happens After You Submit a Request
- Acknowledgment — We will confirm receipt of your request within 3 business days.
- Verification — We may contact you to verify your identity to protect against unauthorized deletion requests.
- Processing — Once verified, we will process your deletion request within 30 days.
- Confirmation — You will receive a confirmation email once your data has been deleted.
What Data Can Be Deleted
Upon a valid request, we can delete:
- Your conversation history and messages
- Your personal information (name, phone number, email) stored in our systems
- Any profile data associated with your interactions
What Data May Be Retained
In certain cases, we may need to retain limited data as required by law or legitimate business purposes:
- Records required for legal compliance, tax, or audit obligations
- Anonymized or aggregated data that can no longer identify you
- Data necessary for the establishment, exercise, or defense of legal claims
If any data must be retained, we will inform you of the reason and expected retention period.
For Business Clients
If you are a Business Client (gym or fitness chain) and wish to request deletion of all data associated with your account, including customer conversation data, knowledge base content, and analytics, please contact us at support@a247.ai with the subject line Account Data Deletion Request. We will process your request in accordance with your service agreement.
Facebook / Meta Data Deletion
If you connected to our service through Facebook or WhatsApp and wish to have your data deleted in accordance with Meta's platform requirements, please follow the steps above. You can also remove A247's access to your Facebook account by visiting your Facebook App Settings and removing the A247 app.
Upon receiving a deletion request (whether directly from you or via Meta's data deletion callback), we will delete all personally identifiable data associated with your Facebook or WhatsApp user ID within 30 days.
